Counselling Internship Coordinator

Briercrest College and Seminary invites applications for a residential or remote Counselling Internship Coordinator, with part-time course instruction, commencing once a suitable candidate is found.

Note: This is a 3-year term position

 The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the Internship Coordinator in the MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and Master of Counselling programs, which have established a reputation for placing students in a variety of counselling-related occupations. Preference will be given to candidates who have attained supervisor status within the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent), have an extensive background in Marriage and Family Counselling, a completed master’s degree, an ongoing private counselling practise, the ability to create and administrate healthy partnerships, with plans for further studies toward a terminal degree, and demonstrates potential for excellence in teaching and service to the church.
